I am Hannah Kim, a marine biologist hailing from the vibrant city of Seoul, South Korea. Quality service, clean amenities, and a welcoming ambiance are what I cherish the most during my travels. This hotel ticked all the right boxes, from its prime location near malls and restaurants to the impeccable housekeeping and professional staff led by Ms. Amy. The comfortable bed, clean towels, and overall cleanliness truly impressed me. Though the air conditioning may need a slight upgrade, it maintained a decent temperature, and the hot water shower, while not as steamy as preferred by us Americans, was still satisfying. The staff's politeness and helpfulness added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. I am already looking forward to returning to this wonderful hotel.
